Jonathan Reynolds, founder and CEO of Titus Talent Strategies, grew up in a Christian family where stewardship, generosity, and obedience were woven into everyday life. As Titus grew, Jonathan began treating the business itself as a vehicle for generosity, building a culture where employees, customers, profits, and company experiences could all contribute to something larger than financial success.
