Mark and Sharon Taylor, Florida real estate investors, have spent decades building businesses, navigating changing markets, and learning to view their assets through the lens of Christian stewardship. As their wealth grew, they moved from traditional tithing toward a broader generosity strategy that included a net worth finish line, complex gifts of real estate, and intentional giving to causes such as evangelism, human trafficking prevention, and economic opportunity for women.

Working with Christian advisors and the National Christian Foundation helped them think beyond cash giving and consider how appreciated assets could be transferred more effectively for charitable purposes. They also began involving their adult children in family giving decisions, gathering each Thanksgiving to research ministries, discuss priorities, and decide together where funds should go.
