Matt Hess, CFP®, RLP®, CKA®, is a financial advisor who is passionate about helping families and individuals deepen their relationship with Jesus through money. For too long, he missed out on the fullness of life Jesus was inviting him into. Though he regularly tithed and made otherwise sound financial decisions, he had a compartmentalized view of money that mostly followed the wisdom of the world. As God worked in his heart, he began to gain a deeper understanding of what it means for God to be the owner and for him to be the steward, and he is experiencing the joy and freedom that comes with that perspective.

Matt is a partner and senior advisor at LifeGuide Financial Advisors, a fee-only, faith-driven firm based in Mechanicsburg, PA. LifeGuide specializes in helping followers of Jesus navigate major life transitions—such as retirement, business or career transitions, the loss of a spouse, and sudden financial windfalls—with wisdom, confidence, and clarity.

He lives in Mechanicsburg, PA with his wife and four kids. Matt serves as the Deacon of Generosity at his church and is particularly passionate about helping people grow in their generosity journey.
