How?

We choose an objective finish line for our spending and give the rest away. And we help others do the same.

What does it look like to trust God when provision What does it look like to trust God when provision is not guaranteed tomorrow? For RenĂŠe Rinehart, generosity was never just a concept. It was shaped early through a family life marked by missions, hospitality, and entrepreneurial risk. But the deeper formation came later, when she and her husband, John, felt invited to ask harder questions about purpose, wealth, and obedience.
That invitation led them into a season that still feels impossible to many who hear it.A 132-day journey across 22 countries, trusting God each day for their bed and their bread.
There was sickness. There was uncertainty. There were moments when provision showed up just in time. And through it all, RenĂŠe learned something she could not have learned from safety or surplus. God could be trusted, even when the outcome was unclear. That posture eventually shaped everything that followed, including their work with Gospel Patrons. Through stories of patrons throughout history and modern patron-proclaimer partnerships, RenĂŠe now helps others see the beauty and joy of surrender shaped generosity. If you are in a season where God is asking for trust before clarity, you are not alone. Where have you seen obedience stretch your understanding of God as provider?
Have you ever stopped and asked, “Am I giving wher Have you ever stopped and asked, “Am I giving where God actually cares the most?”The beautiful thing is that God makes this clear for us. His Word is full of invitations to love, serve, and give toward very specific needs. This framework comes from Jim Wise, a financial advisor who came to faith and began asking a simple but life-shaping question: How should my faith shape the way I give? As a new believer in the finance world, Jim spent years studying Scripture daily, paying close attention to repeated calls to action.Over time, those patterns revealed three ministries that are especially close to God’s heart. We hope this encourages and inspires your giving as this year comes to a close and as you look ahead to the next one.Visit our website to learn how you can join God’s work and give with greater purpose. 💛 Link in bio!#FinishLinePledge #Generosity #Giving #YearEndGiving #GenerousLife
