Jeff Latture, Senior Vice President at Barnhart Crane & Rigging and chairman of Strategic Resource Group, has spent nearly three decades learning how collaborative giving can strengthen Christian stewardship and Great Commission work. Through Barnhart’s employee-led giving community, GROVE, he has helped develop a team-based approach to supporting indigenous ministries across the 10/40 Window, while Strategic Resource Group has applied a “mutual fund of ministry” model to coordinated grantmaking in the Middle East and other frontier regions.

Jeff explains why giving well often requires more than good intentions or strong analysis. Clear mission, trusted relationships, shared due diligence, long-term partnership, and humility can help givers move beyond isolated decisions and transactional funding.
