Becca Spradlin is the founder of On Mission Advisors and author of *Lead on Mission*, helping faith-driven nonprofits and businesses guard against mission drift. Her work grew out of a career in international economic development and microfinance, including her time with HOPE International, where she developed an organizational mission alignment assessment inspired by Peter Greer and Chris Horst’s book *Mission Drift*.

Becca explains why drift often enters through seemingly good opportunities, including attractive funding, expanded programs, highly credentialed hires, and leadership transitions.
