At some point, many leaders start asking a deeper At some point, many leaders start asking a deeper question.“Is my work connected to the purpose I was created for?”That’s the question we explore in the newest episode of the Finish Line Podcast with Sharla Langston, Co-Founder of Women Doing Well.Sharla’s journey didn’t begin in ministry or philanthropy. She actually started her career as a petroleum engineer, working in roles that took her from Alaska to Capitol Hill. But along the way, her understanding of calling and stewardship began to shift. Through different seasons and experiences, she started to see that purpose often unfolds in ways we never expect.Today, Sharla spends her time helping women discover how their God-given purpose, passions, and resources fit together.
